August 16, 2026 – NVIDIA Corp. revealed substantial equity stakes in both SpaceX and Intel Corporation according to its latest quarterly Form 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The regulatory disclosure shows the semiconductor giant holding roughly $21 billion worth of SpaceX shares alongside a $30 billion stake in Intel as of the end of the second quarter.

The massive positions highlight NVIDIA's strategic deployment of balance sheet capital into key technology partners across hardware manufacturing and aerospace.

Intel Investment Yields Significant Unrealised Gains

The filing confirms NVIDIA holds over 214 million common shares of Intel, originally acquired through a $5 billion strategic collaboration agreement.

The original investment accompanied joint initiatives to develop custom CPU platforms and integrate advanced graphics architecture across data-center systems.

Surging market valuations have elevated the holding, generating substantial unrealised capital appreciation on NVIDIA’s balance sheet.

Expanding Footprint in Advanced Aerospace Technologies

NVIDIA’s report also highlighted a newly disclosed position of 122.8 million shares in SpaceX, valued at approximately $20.98 billion.

The exposure reflects broader corporate integration across high-performance computing, orbital communications, and satellite networking infrastructure.

While specific transaction terms were omitted, the investment underscores growing cross-industry ties between AI hardware suppliers and next-generation space ventures.

Strategic Capital Allocation and Market Outlook

Financial analysts note that NVIDIA’s direct equity holdings align closely with its broader ecosystem expanding outside of core graphics processing.

By taking major stakes in key manufacturing partners and technology leaders, the company continues reinforcing its strategic supply chain relationships.

Investors will monitor upcoming quarterly disclosures to gauge whether NVIDIA expands its equity portfolio or harvests gains to fund further R&D operations.
