Redwire reported Q1 revenue of $96.97 million, missing estimates of $104.6 million and sending shares down 10.5%. The company still delivered 57.9% annual revenue growth, but profitability remained under pressure as GAAP loss widened to $0.40 per share versus $0.15 expected. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $9.2 million, reflecting weaker margins and ongoing cost pressure in the quarter.

Backlog and Outlook Cushion Losses

Redwire reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance of $475 million, slightly above estimates, Backlog rose 71% to $498.1 million, supporting longer-term visibility. Despite the earnings miss, Redwire continues to benefit from sustained demand in space infrastructure projects
