DAC 3D Dividend Growth ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation and current income through investments in dividend-paying U.S.-listed companies and depositary receipts representing equity securities of non-U.S. companies across large-, mid-, and small-capitalization ranges. The fund employs a proprietary '3D - Double Digits for a Decade or More' screening process managed by Dividend Assets Capital, LLC, targeting companies that have increased dividends by an average of at least 10% annually without reductions or pauses for a minimum of 10 consecutive years, forming the '3D Universe.' From this universe, selections are made using a blend of quantitative, qualitative, and fundamental analysis, including assessments of intrinsic value via income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, dividend policies, payout ratios, and management quality. Portfolio construction aims for diverse sector exposure, such as technology, and varied company sizes, with individual weightings based on long-term return potential, risk profiles, and projected dividend growth. The fund, classified as non-diversified, sells holdings when valuations exceed targets, better opportunities arise, dividends are cut, or significant events impair intrinsic value. At least 80% of net assets are committed to dividend-paying securities.
