Franklin STOXX Europe 600 Paris Aligned Climate UCITS ETF is an exchange-traded fund that provides targeted exposure to European large and mid-capitalization equities aligned with the transition to a low-carbon economy. It tracks the STOXX Europe 600 Paris-Aligned Benchmark (PAB) Index-NR, an EU Paris-Aligned Benchmark designed to reduce exposure to climate transition and physical risks while pursuing opportunities from the shift to lower emissions, in line with the Paris Climate Agreement. The fund invests in companies less exposed to climate risks or actively transitioning, selected through quantitative and qualitative ESG assessments, exclusions, and binding index criteria. Compliant with Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), it promotes environmental and social characteristics, maintains good governance practices, and allocates at least 10% to sustainable investments that avoid significant harm to sustainability objectives.
