HANetf Future of Defence UCITS ETF is an exchange-traded fund that provides targeted exposure to companies benefiting from increased defence and cyber defence spending by NATO members and select non-NATO allies. It tracks the EQM NATO+ Future of Defence Index using a passive, rules-based methodology, focusing on global equities headquartered in NATO+ countries. The index selects constituents deriving more than 50% of revenues from manufacturing and developing military aircraft, defence equipment such as armored vehicles, weapon systems, missiles, munitions, electronics, mission systems, and naval ships, or from cyber security operations contracted with NATO+ members. Screening criteria include minimum market capitalization, liquidity thresholds, country weight limits, and adherence to UN Global Compact principles and OECD guidelines.
